I’ve been to different chiropractors several times with lower back pain, one told me it could be chronic and I usually left after often times dynamic balancing with the fact that my lower back still hurts when I bow, so it seems that this was not enough focus on a particular unevenness in my skeleton. However, when I heard the praises of Zdenek from my loved ones, I immediately knew that I should just make an appointment, and they picked me up in half an hour – (they didn’t have a client, which was lucky, because we were already leaving Liptov at the weekend). Anyway, since I am studying medicine, it can be concluded that his procedure immediately confirms the credo that less is sometimes more, or quality over quantity… Simply instead of jerky and snappy movements, he rather always measures and cuts once and that turned out to be key to my absolute relief in the lower back … Zdenko must really have admirable not only theoretical knowledge, but also many years of experience with many patients. Also, for the 1st time, I came across a list of what a person should do in order to maintain the given state in the best possible order. We also cannot forget the assistant Olinka, who adds her friendly atmosphere to the whole ritual. Anyway, I’m glad that I found not only a great therapist, whom I will definitely visit again, but also an inspiring person on Nova Cesta to really help people. I believe that I too will become such a great healer. Thanks again and I believe, or I know that everyone will come to their own…

From the beginning of the communication to the examination of our son, it was an incredibly human approach. Man feels that he is the center of the universe. Very accommodating approach when booking an appointment and communication from the assistant Olinka. Therapist Zdenko examined our son for us, and after just one short examination, he breathed life not only into his eyes, but also into our parents’ hearts, hoping that his difficult situation would be resolved. I was with my daughter at Zdenek’s. My daughter has scoliosis. She also had a curved pelvis and shoulder blades…as well as flat feet….Her right leg was 1 cm shorter than the left. Zdenek managed to remove it…the daughter’s limbs are aligned and her posture is good, her legs were less flat after the treatment. I have more complicated scoliosis…rotated…and it is necessary to exercise the SM system as well. Anyway, I recommend Zdenek. He is a great expert. Zdenko… yesterday I experienced something amazing… although I feel like a tank ran over me, but in a good way… I still can’t believe that something like this exists. Those who do not experience will not believe, will not understand.
After 5 years of shoulder pain after surgery and constant pain, Zdenko got rid of it yesterday… and I can almost say he didn’t do anything… thank you so much, it’s an amazing feeling to feel this way.

I have to thank Zdenek for the quick appointment, very nice attitude and energy… after the first therapy, the first days I felt like a cylinder had passed through me, my body asked for rest and sleep, but it helped – after a week, everything calmed down, my worries subsided, the pain I can hardly feel my lower back anymore, I sleep at night without the tossing and turning pain that I had. The chronic stomach pain disappeared
and I feel better. Thank you for being able to meet Zdenek and I look forward to the next therapy.

Today I personally experienced something that I have not experienced with anyone before. Not even in London at TOP chiropractors. I didn’t know exactly what to expect and I believed that it would help me. EXPRESS service is expensive by Slovak standards, BUT, if you value your health like I do, expensive is just a concept. I confess that in my condition (spastic paraparesis) I did not even hope to come across such an experienced and perceptive therapist. And yet!
After almost two weeks, I still feel, or rather don’t feel, the pain in my lower back, which was unbearable even to a fleeting touch. After a year and a half, the knee and the pelvis are finally in their place, which can also be seen in my walking. Before, I was falling forward all over and just rustling, whereas now, after only one correction, I gained the courage to lift my knees again while walking. Motor skills are more coordinated and walking is firmer.
I can’t even express my gratitude for what Zdenko did for me. I appreciate it very much because the way he approaches a person is very rare today.
I can only recommend, especially to those who have already been written off by all doctors. Žaneta J.
High professionalism and at the same time a gentle approach to treatment, but with a targeted and excellent result, that is my multiple experience with Zdenko. Here is a clear example of the fact that correction does not have to be done forcefully and harshly, but knowledge of the overall connection of the entire human body (and other dimensions) and its influencing even small parts, with targeted treatment, has much greater success in therapy than my experience so far. Simply, where a human approach and knowledge are combined with the solution of a health problem, it is a pleasure to return there. And I am happy that I can see the fruits of his work in myself and in other people whom Zdenko helped. I highly recommend and thank you for the treatment, which I could have already completed, it was a painful knee – solved, then problems with the wrist and carpal tunnel, very great relief and progress for the better without surgery. Dear friends. I’m glad that I overcame my initial fear of seeing a therapist, because Mr. Zdenko listened carefully to my health problems and responded to them in the necessary way, which was gentle, sensitive with a full understanding of the pain. It goes without saying that for the first time everything I have accumulated over 70 years cannot be removed, but the most important problems have been solved. Zdenka sent us a higher power at a time when the doctors are recommending an operation for our 14-year-old daughter due to scoliosis. Since we do not identify with the operation at all, we looked for another solution. Already after the first treatment, a positive change in the daughter’s condition can be seen. He has better posture and you can see progress for the better. We will definitely have to repeat the treatment over time, we are already looking forward to progressing. Zdenek exudes an amazingly positive energy. If you are still hesitating whether to entrust yourself to Zdenko, I can say for myself and my daughter, don’t hesitate!
